Pcea Ruiru Sacco society has a management committee  that oversees the smooth operations of the society and a supervisory committee  whose mandate is to check on the management committee and ensure that all actions of the management committee are within the provisions of the co-operative society act, Rules and by-laws of the society. The management of the supervisory committee is strict in discharging their duties. The day to day operations are supervised by the management committee executive.
